The thing about Literature

So the thing about literature is, it's like water. Ever flowing past everything in its own rhythm, but will take any form for those who know how to contain it. And you might ask, but is it essential to sustain life? 

We live once, so do we perish. But in literature, my love, we grow eternal gardens where we leave our heart and soul to bloom. Tell me, isn't that worth staying alive for?
